Golf Course Policy:

1. All players must have a set of golf clubs.

2. No children, spectators or caddies are allowed.

3. The tournament can provide their own food. We provide a picnic area.

4. All alcoholic beverages and soda must be purchased from the golf course.

The Tournament Chairman agrees to be responsible for the play and conduct of the tournament and agrees to reimburse the golf course for any damages. Initial ________
